JIRA Fundementals
It is a detailed training program on basic Jira concepts and contents such as project, issue, workflow, dashboard structure, user profile management, standard reports.
JIRA Administration
Covers topics on configuring Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, and managing general settings, including users/groups, roles, and global permissions. It is a detailed training program on the processes of creating projects, setting project permissions, assigning project managers, JQL, workflow and customizations, notification configurations, DC setup and management, troubleshooting daily problems, integration with Jira and other Atlassian tools.
JIRA Workflows
Lets you learn how to configure and customize Jira workflows. With this course, you explore advanced workflow features such as conditions, validators, post-functions, triggers, and commonly used status and transition properties. You'll learn how to address common workflow needs using workflow best practices and real business scenarios. You can learn how to adapt real process requirements from your business into Jira. By the end of this hands-on course, you'll be able to create more effective Jira workflows using all available workflow features.
Confluence Fundamentals
You'll learn the basics of Confluence, how to create content, and how to use shared spaces with your colleagues. First of all, basic information is taught; creating, editing and formatting pages, adding different types of content such as files, links and graphics. You can learn how to create and edit content using powerful macro tools and extend Confluence with other Marketplace apps.
JIRA Reporting & JQL
It is an advanced JQL training program for Reports, Dashboard, Gadgets, Jira filters with gadget resources, dashboard shares, Jira/Confluence report integrations, setting filter permissions, and creating filter queries.
